Who should I contact if I have not received my study materials?
Once you are enrolled in a CQU OHS course your course materials are sent to your registered home address.
The course package consists of a course profile, a study guide and one or two booklets of reading materials is despatched to you via mail before the start of the term to the mailing address that you have on the erolment system. (It is thus very important to keep the address up to date or you will not receive your course materials.)
If you enrol after the term starts expect to receive your course materials within 10 working days of the date you enrolled. Students should immediately contact the lecturer of the course concerned and negotiate a plan to complete the course on time.
